Managers of remote teams.
Objectives
A team-building seminar is a key element in the creation of a remote team. It enables the team's working foundations to be laid. The manager takes the opportunity to let the participants get to know each other better, and to find out in detail about each other's missions. It's also an opportunity for teammates to establish the contract of trust and the way in which they will work together.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
