S-EL0059 - Get the Most Out of Group Brainstorming
Target Audience
Everyone who leads or participates in brainstorming sessions
Objectives
Bringing a group together for a brainstorm is a classic method for producing as many ideas as possible in a short space of time. Unfortunately, all it takes is for some of the participants to run out of ideas, make irrelevant suggestions, or clash and inhibit creativity, for the session to turn into a fiasco.
By the end of this course, you'll be able to:
- adopt the essential practices (before - during and after the session) that will help you facilitate a brainstorming session, so that the group collectively produces usable ideas.
Content
Programme :
- Understand the principles of brainstorming.
- Carry out the key brainstorming steps.
