C6036 - Process Improvement Project Management
Target Audience
Anyone wishing to acquire the basic problem-solving tools and approach applied to processes or who has taken the project management course.
Objectives
- Learn the fundamentals of Lean and 6 Sigma methodologies ( level "Yellow Belt").
- Learn quality tools used in project management (C6025).
- Understand Efficiency and Productivity concepts.
- Understand the process improvement principles.
- Understand the principles of agile methods in process management (Lean, Kanban).
- Introduce the basic statistics in a pragmatic approach.
- Understand the value of visual communication and learn how to build efficient dashboard.
- Apply the new concepts learn in a workshop KAIZEN.
Prerequisites
None. However, it is recommended to complete the module « Project management essentials » (C6025) prior to enrolling to this module or to have equivalent knowledge.
