Target Audience

Objectives

- Learn and use the basic tools of project management (Project Scope Statement, GANTT, PERT, CBTE/CRTE, task distribution structure).
- Understand the challenges of a project.
- Understand the human and managerial dimension of a project.
- Estimate a deviation from an established plan (costs, deadlines).
- Gain insight into the SCRUM method.
- Understand the "Quality" dimension of project management (Quality Assurance, introduction to the Lean6Sigma methodology).
